Guadalajara's Pan Am Games

Yesterday was the Opening Ceremony of the Pan Am Games 2011, that are being host in my home town Guadalajara, Jalisco.

After seeing all the pictures the only thing that came to my mind was to share them, for me is an incredible sensation to see all that magic in Mexico. I really wish I could be there, but here are some pictures :)

El día de ayer fue la Ceremonia de Inauguración de los Juegos Panamericanos 2011, y   Guadalajara, Jalisco, mi ciudad natal es la anfitriona de este gran evento.

Después de ver todas las fotos, lo primero que pensé fue compartirlas, para mi es una sensación increible el ver toda esa magia en México. Me hubiera encantado estar ahí y vivir esta experiencia inolvidable. Les comparto algunas fotos :)

And I’m very proud of my brother who is a volunteer at the Games, and was with the Bahamas Delegation!

Y estoy muy orgullosa de mi hermano que es voluntario en los Juegos y desfiló con la Delegación de Bahamas!

Phoenix Fashion Week...

On Wednesday night was the first day of Phx FW, and I attended the first Runway Show “Fashionably Pink” honoring the Breast Cancer awareness month  with local celebrities and cancer survivors walking down the runway. 

Also at PhxFW was a silent auction to help raise founds for the Susan G. Komen for the Cure.

I was really happy to see Fashion and a Cause together!!

La noche del Miércoles fue el primer día de Phx FW, y asistí al primer desfile “Fashionably Pink” en honor al mes de concientización del Cáncer de Mama, con celebridades locales y sobrevivientes de cáncer caminando en la pasarela.

También esa noche de PhxFW hubo una subasta silenciosa para recaudar fondos para la fundación Susan G. Komen para la Cura.

Me dio mucho gusto de ver a la Moda y a una buena Causa unidos!
